dell rocks!

just received my replacement axim today, they shipped it overnight!! and the d-pad works perfectly... also I noticed it is a PXA255 and not a PXA250, although I'm not sure exactly what the dif is.:rolling:

Yes, they have great customer service. My replacement was perfect. I believe that the difference is that the pxa255 is an updated processor.

the 255 is a bit faster, since it has a 200 MHz system bus, so as a whole the system performs about 20% faster than the 250, it also uses significantly less power.

Go to pocketword and open "sysinfo." It will tell you under the type.
