how can i be sure my axim is actually overclocked?

I ran turbotray on my axim. seems to be running fine at 400, but it won't run at 478 or 498. when i run turbo tray, it defaults to run at 400 right? I've got it running in my taskbar at the bottom but if i tap the icon (which should bump it up to the next speed, either 478 or 498 depending on which version i'm using, it locks up so no higher speed for me)..

anyhow even if i have turbo tray running, the processor tab in the power option of system shows it's at 300.. is this right? or is it really running at 400? it does seem a bit snappier but that could just be me thinking that.
