Axim order newbie help?

Ok I just ordered the Axim yesterday night (january 15th). About 1 minute later I got an email confirming that they got an order from me. There is no order number on it and the email basically shows a summary of the order and states your order number along with ship date will be emailed to you in 1 busniess day. Well I have received nothing since then, and I also called customer service, by the way REALLY SUXS, and they say they dont even have record of my order and that I have to wait 1 business day for it to show up in there system. I tried calling again and for some reason the lady i spoke with gave me a order number but that order number when i talked to another REP IS INVALID. So i do not know whats going on. Was my order canceled? is it still valid? The Reps all keep giving me different answers, anyone can advise i appreaciate it!!!

Well, I heard they're kinda busy right now, but back on 12/18, I had my ack message immediately, and the conf message 16 min later. YMMV

Well thats what the internet is for us IMPATIENT PEOPLE :) hahah, yeah but i have ordered from DELL couple of times in the past two years, at that time everything was INSTANTANEOUS i would get confirmations and everything within less then 10 minutes, and this is my first order of the year from dell and its annoying but I will wait, I just hope my delivery date aint nothing more then 2 weeks cause that is just dumb.

speaking of milage my new car sure has great milage, well for a V6 luxury car its good i guess 25 miles to the gallon, i have averaged in the past week, lexus es 300.
