sd wifi cards will not work in an x5 because the sd slot is not sdio only cf wifi and cf peripherals can be used the sd slot can only be used for memory in an x5 the newer pdas aka x30 and above can use the sd slot

Another battery note: Li-ion batteries have a protective circuit built-in that will prevent charging if they are deep-discharged. This is because they can explode if charged after being left uncharged for extended periods. If this battery was thusly deep-discharged, then it is unusable.
