Reminder not working

The appointment reminder (pop-up message and chime) is not working on my X5. It was working before and I have not changed anything in the "Settings". Can anyone tell me if I should check some other settings?

Are you running WM2003?

There are well documented problems with reminders under WM2003

Yes, I am running WM2003 but not the second edition. As I said, the reminder message and chime was working and then just stopped. All the settings seem to be "on" in the "Sounds & Notifications" settings. Any ideas?
