Hi All,

I have had a problem synching at my home computer. It says it is not getting a response from my device while checking for out of date appointments.

It has always worked flawlessly at work, running windows 2000. I was given an upgraded computer at work yesterday. It is running windows XP Pro with ooutlook 2003. I have activesynch 3.7.

Now I get the same message. If I uninstall activesynch and reinstall, it will synch once, then gives the same message.

The suggested fix given in the message is to reset the device and try again.

Any good suggestions?

Time to remove ActiveSync 3.7 and upgrade to at least 3.8. BTW what device model do youhave?

Are you syncing via the cradle or wirelessly?
