movies, shows on AXIM help?

Ok couple of questions. I saw the tutorial of how to convert to PPC using the 4.12 codec. for some reason i dont think i have that codec and I have also heard that using the 5.01 codec, i think it is, is good way to go. Any links where i can get the new codecs? I have made a test file and i do not have a AXIM yet as it is still on order yet to be delivered. Is there anyway i can get someone to download the file from me and test it on there AXIM? I just want to make sure it works and if it is working i want to start making a bunch of files that i can copy to my axim once it comes in. also what is the big difference between the codecs, 4.12 and the new 5.01 i have heard of and if i am to use the 5.01 what are the setting differences and where to get it. If anyone wants to help me out please email me or reply here and if u know a way i can uplod the file to you i appreaciate it if u can test for me . the file size is 27 Megs and i am on cable connection. thanxs in advance
