Not sure I've seen this. Try \\Program Files... Mayby you device is asking for the location to install PI. If that doesn't work or you don't want to do that I'd suggest contacting the PI help desk through their web page. This is a very good program and their help support is good.

I downloaded the program from another site and this time it installed and worked. Thanks, Sam

How can I see which version of the OS is in my X5? I see that many are wanting to use the WM2003. I have looked around the system info but I see nothing which says WM2000 or WM2003? Is it called something else? TIA, Sam

:) Your avatar says X5 but when you view your PDA it is a X51v. For amoment I thought you had tweaked you X5 to run at 600+Mhz
