Evening folks I just bought me an second hand Axim X5 and TrueMobile 300 CF card and I can´t get it to work together

I´ve tried several drivers but when I try to click on the BlueTooth manger I get an error message saying:

"Cannot find ´Bluetooth Manager´ (or one of its components) Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.

Any ideas?

I want to buy me an GPS and if I can´t get the Bluetooth working I have to buy an CF one instead.

Please help me out I, I´m sure that DELL cant.
