overclocking the axim

I've been using Turbotray on my 300mhz, and i can boost it to 400mhz without a problem, but once i go to 498 it freezes up, but snes games are fast enough, or at least the rpgs i play

I overclock my Axim using the trial version of xscale, it works fine, upped it to 500 Mgz and have not expereinced an lockups. Really helps when veiwing video.

can you overclock x3 basic? and when does it get dangeroius? (i mean like it effekts the pda bad). and does the guarantee work when it's clocked? and where to get any free clocking software for x3 basic?
