Streaming TV on Axim x51v

Axim x51v - Windows Mobile 5.0

I was trying to watch TV online on my Axim x51v from http://ww6.tvp.pl/2.dzialy under Video ( Wiadomosci, Panorama, Teleexpress).
Instead streaming video it opens next website full of strange symbols and informs me of lack of Java Virtual Machine.
Of course, I cannot download it from Java-Sun website, it has to be version for PDA.
The same situation is when I try to open any Java application ( Messengers)
on websites - http://www.tlen.pl/ -> TlenJava

See, this is what happens when X51Vs are handed out free of charge on short school buses across the nation.

That government program never existed for the X50 or X30 which is why we never see those users posting in the X5 forum.
