Sync activation troubles

I am trying to use my Axim 5 for e-books with the Reader, but am having touble activing it. Every time it says I have to log off as a Guest and I don't know how to do this. I set my sync up as a guest users I think? Any helps here.

Could redownload activesync and set up the partnership not as a guest partnership.
