Can't move menu item

I had Mapopolis mapping software on my system and put it on the main menu. I then moved it from main storage to an SD card, uninstalling it first and then reinstalling it. The problem is that I didn't remove it from the main menu and now I can't remove it from that menu. It keeps giving me the error that it can't move that item.

Any ideas on how to get rid of that?

Hi Perhaps try using File Explorer, and go to My Device >Windows >Start Menu >Programs, and deleting the icon.
