I'm hoping you die hard X5 fans can help a desparate woman!
I am going thru a nasty separation/divorce from my husband. He has been harassing me in person and on the phone. I have been recording his in person harassment via my X5 and it has been working well. I've been saving the recordings on my 1GB memory card with great success. I now need to start recording all of my phone conversations with him as evidence. In our state it is legal to record conversations as long as one of the parties (me) is aware of the recording. I'm doing this under advice of my attorney so nothing is illegal here. Does anyone know how I can use my X5 to record phone conversations on landline and/or cell phone?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've looked at Notem....It looks like it will work....I do have a problem with the recording timing out on the main memory. I then transfer the recording to the 1 GB CF card.
Where would I find an audio adapter for the X5?
Thanks for the advice!

I think what you want to do is impossible with an axim. What you're trying to do is input audio into the X5, if I'm not mistaken. The X5 does not have a microphone in port.
Well the thought of a hit man has crossed my mind a time or two. Unfortuately an orange jumpsuit would do nothing for my figure or complexion! So homicide is out of the question.
You are correct...there is no mic port on the X5. :( I have located a device at radioshack.com that may work....just have to go down and pick one up at the store:
I have been going through this as well with my B**ch of a "soon to be ex wife".
I got a radio shack digital recorder from ebay. Records almost 5hrs, decent clarity (not realy for music) small, uses AAA batteries. Model DR-90. Here is a link to one on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/Radioshack-digit...em300045460504
I use DB power amp to DL the individual files to my computer as MP3, Ogg vorbis, or any other audio file. http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm
Good Luck
