Unable to view in Windows Explorer

Hello Everyone,

I am using an Axim X5 with Activesync 3.8. For some reason, I am unable view the Axim X5 under My Computer when connected to Win XP.. I used to be able to do it but lately it has disappeared and I have been unable to figure out what changed. I'd appreciate any help on the matter. Thanks!

Does the X5 be soft resetted. If not try removing ActiveSync and reinstall it.

I have this same problem too. I have an x51v and upgraded from ActiveSync 4.1 to 4.2 after this problem occurred. It only helped temporarily. All I see now under Explorer in ActiveSync is the "C:" of the computer. Soft reset doesn't help either.

I can view everything on my Axim - including the SD card - under the Axim's File Explorer through.

Same here. I made another post before I saw this one. My bad. I'm going bald trying to make this thing work properly.
