sync icon diappears

Need helps again.

Frist, is there a better sync software that what comes on AXim CD, because some times it works and other times it will not even install.

Second, why does my icon for sync disappear some times on start up, is my virus soft ware blocking it, what's happening here?

Every time I want to use it it fails me what gives.

I have the 3.7 sync update but the problems still is not fixed, I check the connection and cables to my cradle and all seem sound.

Any helps here.

You should be able to download ActiveSync 4.2 from Microsoft: maybe it will help.

Did down load and install 4.2 sync now works fine at least for today.

I wonder somtimes if when I surf if a virus also gets into my sync set up?
