Windows/Messaging Folder

I was using wimr (where is my ram) and noticed that under the folder windows/messaging, I have two files, 4617K and 1422K. I launch the info on them and it shows that archive is checked off, with the file extention .mpb, listed as unknown type. The file name is composed of several numbers and some letters

Does anyone know what it is and if so, can it be deleted to free up some space?

its probably your message database or archive. rename it and see if anything breaks. if something does break, rename em back.

what is the file creation date? if its recent then youre using them, and would have to clean the message database out differently.

I deleted everything under /windows/messaging/
There's a folder names 'Attachments', but it is empty also
I believe it is related with integrated outlook.
BTW, my windows folder is 7.8MB, not counting files in a ROM, considering I have 3.7MB of asian font file, it is actually 4.1MB

What size is your windows folder?

I lose the majority of my available memory when Inbox downloads e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g on my webmail inbox, which is at times, quite voluminous. Is there ANY way to store email bodies on the SD or CF cards and not just the email attachments?
