AXIM X5 stays off after a soft reset

Hi....
My AXIM X5 stays off after a soft reset. I do not have any software or directions as I bought it used. It worked fine for about a week. But then it started to get real slow. I did a soft reset and now it will not come on.
Please help!

hmm... have you tried charging it (maybe a batter issue)?
or softreset while it is charging?

I have tried soft restarting bith when it is pluged in and when it is not. I do not have a back up Bat. I have been able to get it to come back on by taking the battery out. But then I loose all my info & have to Sync again just to get back the basics.
