Movies pre-encoded for PPCs?

Hi. Are there any sites that offer movies (not commercial movies of course, i know thats illegal) that are pre-sized/encoded to play on pocket pcs? I dont want to mess around with trying to rip dvds (not enough space), but id like something to watch if i can find it.

Any good sites? I saw one based around pocket tv that was ok, got somer commercials/short animations there.

You can buy (legal) commercial movies for ppc at www.pocketpcfilms.com.

They're not great movies, and they don't have a very good selection, but the prices are reasonable, and there are a couple of titles that might be worth considering.

I forgot to mention two other options for ppc multimedia: mazingo and snapstream.

snapstream is a tivo-like application that allows you to record television programs through a PC equipped with a tv or video capture card and quickly and easily convert them to PPC-sized formats.

if you already have a dvr application (for example if you own an ATI card that came with the appropriate software), you could still make mpegs or avis out of the programs and then convert them to ppc-sized formats using a freeware encoder like TMPEng. More information on making your own mpegs can be found at www.pockettv.com.
