Do they even exist? Starbucks should seriously consider implementing these in the GTA. Chapters/Starbucks used to have internet access stations; but apparently the cost of maintenance was higher than the profit they're raking in -- so they just trashed the comps

So if anyone knows of some public WiFi hot spots in the GTA, post 'em here~! I'll certainly frequent that cafe/coffee shop more often!

Hi people! I'm the wirelessbandit... Thanks for noticing the blog. If you have any suggestions please let me know... Also I am thinking of adding a geourl to each confirmed access point. This will make it really handy (geourl.org).

Our list of APs are actual, confirmed points rather than just wardriving fluff...

This is a good place to start -- I've found a few good ones in the PHX area by using this site - new hotspots are listed daily - great if you travel quite a bit.

Ok we're now geoURL'd

Wireless Bandit has now geoURLd all the confirmed access points. That means you can look up the access point location in relation to other web content/people/resources. All you gotta do is register yourself in geoURL and you can see what access points are close or reasonably close to you...

Give it a try and look for the green geoURL links... Email me if you're confused...
