Urgent - 30day warranty up today/tomorrow!

Hey everyone, my screen has been messing up and I need to hold the sides of it so that my stylus is recognized correctly. I want to replace it today because tomorrow my 30 day warranty is up and after that I've read on here that you will only get a refurbished axim after the 30 days is up... is this true? Also who did you tlak to to get it replaced... I've been calling technical support and haven't been able to get a hold of them! Any hope would be appreciated!

Well guys, I finally got through. They told me they would be sending a brand new Axim out to me with xxx 2003 on it. The guy told me to call him when I got it and then he will give me a return order so I don't get hasseled by dell for not returning it. I must say the guy was very helpful and didn't even ask if I had any modifcations to it, just asked if I had a memory card in it.

While you're waiting, do you use a screen protector? If so, try taking it off and see if you still have the problem. Sometimes, the edge of the screen protector interferes with the touch screen.
