Backup Battery?

I lost my axim and after a month found it again, and once it was charged and I was using it I noticed that the backup battery was low, I left it in the charger for the rest of the day and when I came back it said the backup battery was completely charged, I dont think that the axim charges the little lithium battery during normal charging does it? Its not a chargable battery anyway,

You are correct, the backup battery is not rechargeable, however there have been many cases with mixed backup battery readings.

While loading the standard accu, the device gets warm, also warming up the backup battery, which in turn reads a little higher voltage then. The indicator of the backup battery reacts already on very small voltage drops, I forgot the figure though.

Wasn't this supposed to be improved with A03...I think I heard that..haven't upgraded myself...
