How to keep program files in one place?

Hi,

I am doing fine installing program files on my SD card and running of it. However, by default all the new folders reside at root of the SD card. I'd rather have them in a folder, like "Program Files" to keep my folder structure neat. Is this possible?

Guess I'll need to revise shortcuts and registry, right? How do I do it? Any simpler ways? Pity that Activesync doesn't ask you for specific folder on memory to store the program files.

If I remember correctly. You can only have files one folder deep. If you placed all files in \sd card\program files\folder name, the OS might not be able to access the files. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I too, would like to organize my sd card better.
