Screenshots of axim hue/tint differences!
Well, since there has been a lot of talk about PDA screens having different tints or hues to them, so, I decided to do an objective test to show exactly WHAT a true-to-life screen, like the superb Dell Flatpanel LCD displays, which shows true-white (can be proven by way of comparing a high-numbered extra-white printer paper against sthe screen, and comparing it to a blank white window).
Now, for this test, I found an old screenshot from the Axim that I had taken a while back, however, it still had on there the same background today image I still use, so I compared the screnshot version, to the Axim which I held up side by side. Next, I adjusted the color balance and hues in photoshop until both the edited screenshot and the held up Axim looked the same. I next did the same with a blank white window in a drawing program, followed by making a "fill" on Photohop which matched this color, attached is the zip file containng an image (too large to post), with the side-by-side comparison.
I encourage others to follow suit and post these, especailly those of you with "yellow" tinted screens, rather than the turquoise ones from the original batch.
