It's the horrific Kenny G rendition of "Waterfalls" muzak that I'm forced to listen to.

Actually, saying it's worthy of Kenny G status is even too harsh. It's psuedo-porno!!

This is horrible, and what's even worse is the woman breaking in every 15 seconds to tell me that "all agents are still assisting other customers"! Grr!!
