I decided to give Pocket Informant a try and noticed a little quirk. After I downloaded it I noticed that a couple of my entries had been moved. I had a recurring event (birthday) in Outlook on one day, and it shifted to the prior day in Pocket Informant. When I opened the event, it looked like it had the right information, but was displayed on the wrong day.

I think I've read about this quirk before, but I can't remember where. Has anyone else seen this?

Did you enter it as an event or as a task? Events stick to a day, but tasks move until you complete them.

Markus,

I use PI and I agree, I know I've seen that problem *somewhere* - I just can't remember where.

However, WebIS (the makers of Pocket Informant) have a great support page and should be able to answer your question quickly.

It is:

http://www.pocketinformant.com/support.php

Wait... the original problem is coming back to me now... Check the date of the task in outlook and then in PI - make sure that it's set properly... something about it being past midnight. I know that's not helpful, but it's what I remember.

Try the support forum, let us know if that helped..

Nick
