Programs folder, how do I see new additions?

I have the usual programs folder and the sub folder for games. I know a game in in there because I can see and run it from the file explorer. So why is it not visible in the game folder otherwise? How do I make it visible?

Is it showing on the start menu? Sometimes programs install their shortcuts there. If you want it in the start menu, you have to go in to the settings option and take it off of the 'menus' option which is located on the 'personal' tab. Then it will appear in the programs folder

If it's not, you can go in to the program folder the game was installed in from file explorer, put the stylus on the executable file of the game, select 'copy,' then go to the folder you would like the shortcut to appear in (staying with file explorer) and hold the stylus down and select 'paste shortcut.'

Then go in through your PC, make sure hidden files are shown, and check to see if it's a hidden file, if it is, change it so it's not.

Maybe I'm not understanding your question...
