Games icon showing up in folder..?

This should be simple enough... the icon for the games folder is actually in the folder, but it's normally hidden so it won't be displayed. All of a sudden, the icon file is showing up with the shortcuts when I go to the folder. It's still hidden.

Any idea what happened?

I'll just delete it if that's what I need to do... I don't really care about it that much :)

i have that too and it is starting to bug me bigtime!!! everytime i try and delete it it comes up with an error saying can't remove missing dll or something???!?!!? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have also had that problem. I found a way to delete it and now when i view the games folder from the Prorams folder it shows up as a normal folder and no icon.

I dont remember how I deleted it. I think i did it through the file explorer.

I found out how to get rid of it... I renamed it to icon.lnk.old, then deleted it (actually, I moved it first to make sure it wasn't going to cause any problems). Everything seems to be fine, although my Games icon is gone (no great loss :)).
