I just tried to log onto my Dell account and it won't accept my password. In fact, it says my e-mail address is not in their database. Can anyone else confirm a similar problem with their account?
My hubby told me about that virus... they had a scare with his employer (and he is in IT). I guess it is pretty nasty. I never even thought about it when I stewing about not being able to access the Dell website. It seems to be working now, though.
me neither! I can log in but order status shows nothing, order history shows nothing as well.. I can only hope this is temporary and they will show up later. they better not be lost!
