I don't even have my Axim yet

but I did order the extra stuff (Stylus and protectors) by calling Dell direct. There was no way to order the protectors without ordering another Axim at the same time (which, come to think of it, maybe I should have and one would have been here by now.)
Anyhoo, the rep said the purchase screens for the Axim weren't up yet at the time I called (about 10 days ago, I've had the protectors for over a week) so if the status seems the same, I would just call.
