Beaming Appointments from Palm to Axim

My wife and I were sitting in church the other day, and during announcements at the beginning of the service, I noticed my wife entering an upcoming meeting into her Palm.

Not wanting to have to enter the appointment myself, I thought I would try beaming it from her palm to the Axim.

The 2 connected just fine, and the appointment was beamed over. Problem is... the date was wrong. Any appointment I tried beaming over from the Palm had the current day's date on it when view on the Axim.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a know issue?
