Again, I need some more help. I have read all the post and even printed them out. I am trying to download Wisbar. I go to the site and click on the download that says "Arm". I save it to a folder on my computer. I go to that folder and there is an icon looking like a cabnet. It says "wisbar.arm" under the icon. I click on that and there are four things: 00.readme.001, 00wisbar.002,wisbar~3.003, and wisbar~3.000. If I click on any of those it says to extract. I had it extract to Pocket_PC folder to sync with my ppc. It transfered it over but it did nothing on my ppc. What am I doing wrong.

You my friend got a "cab" file there. You need to copy that file over to your pocket pc as a whole and run it from there. If the file is screwed up (shouldn't be since you described it just like it should be), you can download a self install version.

That worked great. Thanks.

Another question?

In the active sync on your desktop, when you open up options. At the very bottom of options it says "Sever"
To enable, disable or modify.....
Then there is a box you can check that says "Enable sync. with a sever" what is this for?

Thanks for the tip. I was having the exact same problem trying to install that program. The "self-install" worked much better ;)

Installing CABs to your pocketpc is much more difficult when there are no directions. :D

When all you have is the CAB file, just copy it to your sync folder on the PC, and when it's transferred, pick up the Axim and open file explorer. Find the CAB file and click on it. It will execute and disappear. Done.
