Ok all, compliments from D2TW4ALL, here's his "homemade" PC Card Sleeve for the Axim. Looks awesome! Keep em coming.

I'm hopefully getting my CF to PCMCIA adapter this week. I will be designing a Plexiglas sleeve for the Axim to hold a PCMCIA card, Coming Soon!

I just received my cf to pc card adapter only to find one flaw. I didnt read that it was only 3.5 volts. I have a 5 vold pc card that i wanted to use and cant. I hope the case that you are developing will work with 5 volt cards. Do you know a way i can increase the voltage to my pc card.

cyberketo, alot of older PCMCIA cards are 5volts, I believe the datapak drives and toshiba pc card drives are all 3v, correct me if I'm wrong here D2TW4ALL....

The sleeve I'm making is just to store the pcmcia card so it doesn't dangle off the axim, it will be encased so that the pcmcia card fits in nicely.

Too bad, I have alot of 5v cards kicking around too... :(

If you need to use 5Volt cards, and don't mind being tethered to an outlet, this would work: http://www.accurite.com/CFPCAdapter.html
