Not very happy with Styluscentral.com!

Hi guys,

Just wanted to give you heads up. Below is the email I sent to this online vendor.

Good Morning,

My order arrived yesterday August 06, 2003 which is in time as I am leaving out of the country with my Dell Axim Pocket PC. However, I am very disappointed to find that the Universal 15 pack screen protectors were NOT in the packaging. This is a brand new Pocket PC that I will be taking out of the country and now I have no screen protection. I will be returning to North America in 10 days. I will be checking my email periodically. I look forward to your response and proposed resolution as I hope this will not be my first and last business transaction with your establishment. I will also be posting this information on the Dell Axim Forum http://www.aximsite.com to let other potential customers know how the situation is/will be handled (for better or worse).

I dont know about you guys but I cannot use my axim w/o a screen protection of somesort. I still have the dell cheap plastic cover on there still but its getting ugly. When I ordered on their invoice it has all items marked SHIPPED. Now these ppl want me to wait 2 weeks! I asked them (kindly) to refund my money. Moderators are you guys listening? I think Styluscentral is a sponsor here correct? In fact I bought stuff from them because of the review on this site. Arrrggghhh

When are you leaving? I can overnight you 15 new Incipio Tech screen protectors for free (except for the actual shipping charges, I won't try to make a profit off of shipping) on Thursday, meaning you would receive them Friday.

Wow, hi thank you. Wish I knew you before I went through with this but I am leaving in a few hours for the airport if the offer still stand when I get back I'd love to get them. I am going to Singapore for a few days. My brother picked some up for me while i'm still stuck at work locally (appparently the Sony Clie ones are the closest). I'm just really disappointed with their service and their shady response (it said SHIPPED on the invoice email I got). I guess not all online stores have real-time inventory and update on the website or something. Anyhow, I have been very reasonable with them and I wanted to warn any future customers of their treatment to customers
