Activsync email - AAARRrrgggghhh!!

So this morning I get to work and drop my ax in it's cradle. Activsync pops up and starts to sync. When it gets to inbox it goes through the normal stuff (updating folder hierarchy, ect.). Then attention required pops up next to inbox. I have had this happen before so I checked to make sure that I was logged out of outlook, removed and then re- inserted my ax into it's cradle. Same thing happened. I have tried to sync my ax about 15 times this morning.... and nothing. Has anyone had this problem?? Any help from all you guru's out there would be much appreciated!!

I think I figured out the problem. Although this may sound weird, when I removed my password on the ax, it all worked. I also at the same time reset my desktop pc, and soft reset my ax. Well they all synced up and I can go read my email on the throne now!!!
