infrared port- problems

how can i enable infrared port for wireless keyboard to work
how do i change bios settings

ir comm port not found error
infrared receive - sending device not found
align ir ports

ir contacts>tools> beam options --- no response
tap son screen do nothing

It probably depends on your model..

I know when I installed the PocketTop driver
it told me to make sure IR was disabled in that
option under beam options...

What model of keyboard are you using?
and what driver?

driver from install disk for keyboard
or also did keyboard download from dell site

constantly get message

ir comm port not found
and
ir comm may be occupied

restart driver
