Syncing Folders

I may just be stoopid, but is there a way to make a folder on the PC and a folder on the Axim sync so that whatever files that are on one folder becomes sync'd with the other, so if I have videos and mp3's I can just convert them or place them into a folder on my PC and the next time I sync, it will sync the files in the folders? I believe you can do this on /my documents/Axim/ or something, but I was hoping you could set your own folders. I had an older casio BE-300 and this was the only way to sync files before using activesync, I was hoping that this is also possible on our Axims. :crooked:
