Question Wrap around text with Adobe Acrobat Reader?

I've had some problems trying to view some PDF files I have (mostly instruction manuals I have) where I have to constantly scroll left to right to finish a line. It's getting pretty annoying to the point where I only load a PDF file on the Axe if I absolutely need it for reference and have to keep it handy with me.

Now I opened up some FAQ on the Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC yesterday and it gave me the following message:

"You are now viewing the document in reflow mode (the text wraps around to fit the screen). To view the document in it's original layout mode, tap-and-hold on the screen and select reflow to turn reflow off"

The PDF Document displays perfectly and I have no problems reading it and I don't have to scroll left to right. Why do other PDF Documents have this function? I've opened up a few and I can't tap-and-hold on the screen and select reflow to turn reflow on. Is it because this FAQ Document is specially formatted to be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC?

Help!!!

Could be. PDF files are not really suited for reading on Pocket PCs. For some reason Adobe has never really put much effort into this. What I do with my PDFs is use RepliGo from Cerience. If really does format any file to fit on a Pocket PC. Give it a try and you will be amazed.

When you move a PDF from the PC to PPC it should pop up with a window that says that it's performing reflow. Assuming that you've installed the PPC client through AS.

Another thing you can do which is a bit messy but i have found that works is: copy and paste the test into a word document and save it as a txt file. then asuming you have something like isilo, convert the file to a .pdb file and transfer it over to PPC.

You can only reflow text if its not a raster image. Also not every pdf can be copied or even printed because of locks that the creater might put on them.
