I have a USB data cable form my laptop for my Sanyo phone where i am able to get internet on my laptop using the vision service. I was wondering if there is a cable out there and software for the AXIM, if not if there is any way possible to get a CF card with USB connection on it and hook it up to the phone and install the software on the AXIM itself. I doubt most of u know what i am talking about but i am sure those who have the PCS Vision phone and those who use the USB data cable may be able to help THANXS!!!!

Try The Supply Net . Unfortunately, the site says there will be an estimated shipping date of 3/17/2003. I guess waiting for shipments is par for the course with Axim's. :P

At this point, you can either wait for the Supplynet site to come up with a cable, or buy a Socket CF digital phone card and connect it to the Axim......pay now or pay later :)

Go to www.gomadic.com the specific link to the axim cables is
http://gomadic.com/delaxx5adtom.html
I believe they are 39.95, tech support for the one I purchased for my laptop was excellent.

I just noticed on Gomadics website they also have a lifetime warranty and exchange. Good to know in case my laptop cable ever goes bad.

The Gomadic cables look great, but they don't have one for the Sanyo 4900 :(

I e-mailed them some time back about my 4900, apparently all new spring phones use USB instead of serial, and as such they arn't compatible with PDA's.
Yes, it sucks, alot.

That does suck, but they did have one for my 4900 that fit my laptop.
Has anyone tried emailing them to see if they will/can make one for us.

Also look on the home page for the site here... Gomadic also may have a 10% discount for members here... check to see if that's still a good offer.
