Remove Programs

I have a program title that will not leave when I remove it using the Program Remove function. Is this like xp, and I have to do regedit stuff for items that are pesky?

Does it says it removed it and really when you restart it it didnt? Or do you get an error upon uninstall?

If you still have problems I'd install it again and pay close attention to what it installs and where and try to uninstall it again, of it dosent work go to those files you saw it install and just delete them.

It was the Pocket Quake 2 I got from this button up there ^ under downloads.

I dont have any folders on my Axim, I just have it on my list of programs in the remove program function.

This pb has been discussed in other threads. Most likely your icon wasn't removed. Go to file explorer / my device / windows / start menu. If your icon isn't there, it will be in one of the sub-directories. Just delete the icon.

Somebody mentioned there was an option to remove the icon with the program, but I haven't really looked to see where it is.
