Locked onto align page after hard reset, help!

The Axim x5 was acting funny on one program. Then started being weird with the start button. Sometimes working sometimes not, etc. So I did a hard reset and now I can't get off the align page. After I click the last x it hops back to the beginning for loop after loop. What do you think I can do?

Hi Alyce, welcome to Aximsite/Mobilitysite

Sometimes this is just a matter of using the correct pressure: try a firm press at each alignment point (firm but not hard) and try to avoid stabbing at the cross hairs.

I tried firm, lightly tapping, pressing easy and pressing hard. No change. Any other suggestions? I am so bummed.

I have had Axims since they first came out, lol I have 5 of them. I have never had a problem with them ever, this is my first "problem".
Just so you know I am not new to the Axim's.

No option there for the x5, guess its too old.

try taking the screen protector off, then run a business card under the edge all around the screen. it may have some dirt under that that is giving a false 'press' indication.
