WM2003 bugs (whare to download the fixes)

Hi,
I have a WM2003 CD since a few years, as I bought it there wasre some WM2003 bugs that let me downgrade again to WM2002 and i used it till now,
but recently I begin to need some software that wasn't 2002 compatible.
So I'm going to update to 2003 again, But!
what is with the bugs, are there any fixes available now,
from what i remember there was some wm03hotfix for the database issue,
an other problem I expirienced was that it sometimes dont waked up for notification about thermines.

Is there any collection of fixes that are nowadays available for the WM2003?

Dell released two versions of WM03 for the X5 - the first (ROM A04) had many problems but was replaced within a couple of months by a second (A05) which was quite stable and fully functional. People that bought the first version from Dell were supposed to automatically receive a second upgrade disk and people that bought the upgrade after the second version was released just got the final version.

Assuming you have ROM A05, all the possible patches/upgrades are on Dell's download site. If you just have A04, your only option is to look for an upgrade on eBay since Dell quit supplying them a few years ago.

The I dont remember what version it was,
the image file on the CD is called P25_NK_H_07190300GE_2003.IMG
what version is it?

I bought (actualy my father for me) the 2003 update from dell directly, does this means since he didn't recived a new one that I already got the good new one?

PS: I have a german axim

PPS: after sneeking around in dark places i found out that the 2003 update that was on the del serverr once for a day available head the image file P25_NK_H_07170300EN.IMG,
does this means since my file have a higher number that I have the good new one???

The German version would have had a different (and probably higher) number than the English one so it doesn't really help. I'm afraid I don't remember if the 'bad' version was ever released in other languages. Your dad should have gotten a second CD if the first one he received was the bad one.

I'm afraid I cannot say. I just don't remember anything about the foreign versions.
