X5 how can I set all my pda's in English & with MS Win Mobile 2003 OS

Hi, I have several pda's in English, French and German.

Is there a tric or some trics to set a devices in the same version OS Windows (best is 2003) and all in the same language, I propose English.

I use them with Socket scanners (CF slot) and SD card for programs & files and memory.

Thanks to him or her how can helps me.

ps: I heard that a manipulation on 4 buttons in one time prepares the PDA for that but I don't know which buttons and how...
