Unfortunately, I don't think you can download the whole original version of MSN (for PPC2002). You can, however, do a hard reset, which will bring your device back to factory state. You'd still need to apply the update again though. Also, a hard reset will delete your data and installed programs. Alternatively, try installing a 3rd party messenger program, as jDigitL suggested.
