In the
PDA/AXIM Newbies forum right at the top there is a thread that might help too. This link might work:

NOTHING AT ALL??? You download the file to the PC, run setup and just nothing? No error message? No crash, just nothing?
Try and reboot the PC and/or instead of choosing DOWNLOAD from the link try OPEN.

tried both...
apparently there's some problem w/ adobe & axim. adobe's forums don't offer any solutions. it would seem that someone out there that has this problem would have posted a solution. ugh!!!!

I've had no problems running Adobe with the Axim. That statement holds no water at all. Downloading and executing the file on your PC is completely indifferent to the Axim. There's no logical connection.

In fact if you're running WM2003 there is probably even a copy of Adobe on the Dell CD. See if that works.

I used the one from the website, not the CD. But give it a shot. To be honest it doesn't sound at all like a problem with you Axim though.

Just trying it now, I selected the Pocket PC build from here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
And went and downloaded the English XScale version, right near the top. It's now ready to install next time I sync. Works fine from here... :)
