Question Newbie question about removing software

Hi,
I have an Axim X5 400mhz 64mg running ppc 2002 and I'm lost!
I kinda of confused about removing software. When I go in to remove the software ,it is not on the list. I want only one wifi set up and when I to connections I have 5 in Network adapters , but when I go to remove them they are nowhere to be found. I just downloaded Total Commander but now I'm scared I'll mess something up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You cannot uninstall any of the software that is installed on the pocket pc from the factory. Attempting to do so could mess things up, requiring a hard reset to get the device working properly again.

What are you hoping to remove and what do you hope to gain by doing so?

If you are asking what I think, the list of network adapters is not limited to WiFi (this is on the page entitled Configure Network Adapters - at least I think that was the name used in PPC02). They include the adapter for the USB connection for syncing and some for other connections. They are part of the ROM and are entries in the registry. There's no good reason for removing them and you can cause problems if you try.
