syncing outlook calendar with works suite calendar

Hey folks,
I need help!! I bought an axim recently and had to upgrade to Outlook from my Works suite as thats the only way i could sync with axim. The problem arose while i was trying to import the calendar stuff into the Outlook from works suite calendar. I tried exporting data into Vcf format and all the formats available so that i could import it into Outlook but i couldnt still import the file into Outlook. Anyone with any suggestions!!
