trying to upgrade desktop from 2000 -> 2002

Has any one else had a problem with upgrading thier outlook 2000 to 2002 with the Dell disks? Everytime I try non of my folders transfer and nothing works IE: calander, tasks. Any ideas?:crooked:

You could try backing up the Outlook .pst files, uninstall 2000 and then install 2002. 90% of the time, upgrading software from MS to a newer version is just a pipe dream, either settings get broken or it becomes very unstable.
