I was mad at Dell, but they have redeemed themselves!

On Monday I called Dell to talk to them about my self formating SanDisk SD card and getting WM2003. I bought my Axim 36 days prior to the release of 2003, so I did not fit in the 30 days free category, but I felt that I should because a sales rep said there was no upgrades due anytime soon.

Anyways, I was on hold for an hour on Monday, got mad after getting them to replace the SD Card adn hung up. Today, my wife called them and got them to send us WM2003 for free!!! They said it will take 4 days to process the order and the will overnight the upgrade to us! Also, they two dayed the new SD card and don't want the old one back!!!!!
