If the X5 is able to be charged via a USB port, which I'm unsure of, you can just buy a generic USB charger.
And use that in conjunction with a USB sync charge cable if you have one.
Or the cradle, again if it works.
Edit: having had a look around google.com.au it looks a bit difficult for you.
Without a credit card you'll have a hard time getting one from out of the country or just about anywhere online.
Depending on where you are in Oz you might be able to find an electronics shop that will carry one, Dick Smiths or similar.
Try any pawn shops (cash converters or whatever they are called these days) nearby if you have any.
Also if you copy and paste (including the "") "X5 Charger" into the search box up the top you will get a lot of useful info.
i.e. the chargers are all the same for different models
and relevant info regarding what sort of other types of charger you could buy if you can't find a proper dell one.
